The workforce infrastructure Australia’s frontline economy runs on.
MyGig is Australia’s first AI-native Workforce-as-a-Service platform. We employ frontline workers as their Employer of Record, pay them the day after every shift, and give businesses an on-demand workforce with Fair Work compliance built in, not bolted on.
Casual work keeps Australia moving. The system behind it was broken.
Millions of Australians work casual shifts in warehouses, shops, venues, and events. The businesses that rely on them are buried in complexity: more than a hundred Modern Awards, state labour hire rules, payroll tax, superannuation, workers comp, and agencies that hide their margins in the hourly rate.
Workers get the other half of the bad deal: opaque pay, weekly or fortnightly cycles, no visibility of what a shift is actually worth, and no way to carry their reputation from one employer to the next.
We started MyGig in Sydney to rebuild that system from scratch, with AI at the core rather than retrofitted, and with the people on the floor treated as the point of the product, not its inventory.
Four pillars, one platform.
Employer of Record
We employ the workers and carry the compliance as the authorised Employer of Record in NSW, WA, TAS and NT. Businesses get one invoice; workers get proper employment.
Daily payroll
Australia’s first daily payroll for frontline work: award-correct pay the day after every shift, with super remitted at 12%.
Award engine
Full Modern Award interpretation embedded, built in-house: 118 awards mapped, every calculation citing its clause.
Amy
The AI workforce coordinator inside every account: drafts shifts, chases coverage, answers worker questions 24/7, and always asks before acting.
Three things we don’t compromise on.
Every design decision starts with the person on the floor: their pay, their safety, their freedom to choose. Fill rates follow from that, not the other way around.
In Australian labour, cutting corners is a business model we compete against. Award-correct, insured, auditable: that is the moat.
One flat fee, estimated before you book. Pay explained line by line. No fine-print pricing, for businesses or for workers.
Small team. Long lever.
A deliberately small group of operators, with AI doing the work that would otherwise need a much larger one. That is the same bet the product makes for our clients, so we run it on ourselves first.
Technology vision, architecture and engineering leadership.

LinkedIn ↗Runs payroll and the books: workers paid correctly, every run reconciled.
Building exceptional mobile experiences for our users.
Executive partner to the CEO. Manages priorities, drives execution and keeps the company aligned.
Amy is an AI agent rather than an employee, and is listed because she does the work, not as a flourish. What she actually runs is on her page.
The facts, on the record.
MyGig is backed by Artesian, Co Ventures, Aussie Angels, and operators from the staffing and payments industries.
