Compare the true cost

Cheaper than an agency. Cheaper than doing it yourself.

A flat 15% service fee on wages and on-costs - with the estimate shown before you book - against agency markups you never see and DIY admin you never stop paying for.

Hidden cost

Do it yourself

  • Recruiting and screening every casual
  • Onboarding, contracts, right-to-work checks
  • Time & attendance tracking
  • Payroll runs, PAYG, STP reporting
  • Super, workers comp, payroll tax admin
  • Award compliance risk sits with you

Between recruitment, onboarding, time & attendance, payroll, payments, compliance and accounting, DIY usually costs more than it looks - in hours and in risk.

Opaque markup

Traditional agency

  • Markup buried in the hourly rate - typically 25-30%+ with hidden fees
  • You take whoever they send
  • Workers belong to the agency
  • Placement and temp-to-perm fees
  • Invoice surprises after the shift
  • Phone calls for every booking

You rarely see the split between the worker's pay and the agency's cut - that's the point.

FAQ

Good questions, straight answers.

What does MyGig cost?

One flat 15% service fee on wages and on-costs (super, workers comp, payroll tax). No setup fee, no monthly minimums, no placement fees. The full estimate for every shift is shown before you book.

What is included in the 15% fee?

Everything MyGig does: recruitment and vetting, worker-shift matching, time and attendance, Modern Award interpretation, payroll with daily pay, superannuation processing, workers compensation cover, and one consolidated invoice.

What are on-costs, exactly?

The statutory costs of employing someone on top of gross wages: 12% superannuation, workers compensation premiums, and payroll tax where it applies. They are itemised line by line in your estimate and on the invoice.

How does the price compare with a traditional agency?

Traditional agencies typically build a 20-35% margin into an opaque hourly bill rate. MyGig charges a flat, published 15% on top of transparent wages and on-costs, so you can see the full split. Run your own numbers in the savings calculator.

Can we pay on invoice terms?

Yes. With Employ Now, Pay Later, workers are still paid daily while your business settles invoices on 7, 14, 30, or 60-day terms (financing fees quoted per account).
