Are event staff RSA certified?
Workers serving alcohol hold a valid NSW RSA, verified during onboarding before they can accept those shifts. Certifications are visible on every profile.
What happens if someone cancels close to the event?
The shift automatically reopens to matched workers, with priority to your Pool. Network-wide our no-show rate is 2% - and you never pay for a shift that is not worked.
How does pricing work for events?
The same flat 15% service fee as every other shift, on wages plus on-costs, with the total estimated upfront when you build the roster. No event surcharges.
