What do I need to start bartending on MyGig?
A current NSW RSA competency card, ID and right to work, and a profile with your experience. RSA verification happens once during onboarding.
Do weekend and night shifts pay more?
Yes: award penalties for evenings, weekends, and public holidays are applied automatically and are visible in the shift total before you accept.
Can I go back to venues I like?
Venues that rate you highly add you to their Pool, which sends their shifts to you first. Regular spots build fast.
Is there any cost to workers?
None: no joining fee, no pay-advance fee, nothing. Fast pay is standard.
