MyGig operates across NSW as the authorised Employer of Record, and the Central Coast is one of our newest areas. We are honest about what that means: the pool is building town by town, strongest around Gosford and Erina, the Tuggerah and West Gosford estates and the beachside venues at Terrigal and The Entrance, and availability varies by role and date. Post a shift to see real coverage before you commit, and expect it to grow as the M1 corridor keeps pulling work north from Sydney.
Everything else works exactly as it does in Sydney: vetted workers, payroll priced against the correct Modern Award with the clause cited, 12% superannuation and workers compensation carried by MyGig, one flat 15% service fee on wages and on-costs, and workers paid the day after every shift.

What roles can I book on the Central Coast?
Hospitality staff for the Gosford, Erina, Terrigal and The Entrance venues, pick packers for the Tuggerah, West Gosford and Somersby estates, and retail assistants for Erina Fair and Westfield Tuggerah are the early focus. Every worker is vetted on 30+ data points before they can accept a shift.
I live on the Central Coast. Can I join?
Yes. Download the MyGig worker app, complete vetting once, and accept shifts as they open from Gosford to The Entrance and, if you travel, in Sydney and the Hunter. Early joiners in new areas tend to get first pick as local demand grows, and you are paid the day after every shift.
