MyGig operates across NSW as the authorised Employer of Record, and the Northern Rivers is our earliest-stage area anywhere in the state. We would rather say that than imply depth we do not have: from the Tweed through Byron Bay and Ballina to Lismore, there is no established MyGig pool yet, and a shift posted here is filled only if vetted workers who live locally are available for your dates. Hospitality through the summer and festival season, and seasonal farm work on the plateau and the river flats, are where we expect the first pools to form.
The model does not change with the postcode: vetted workers, payroll priced against the correct Modern Award with the clause cited, 12% superannuation and workers compensation carried by MyGig, one flat 15% service fee on wages and on-costs, and workers paid the day after every shift.

Which Northern Rivers towns does this cover?
The Tweed, Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore and the towns between them. Coverage is the same everywhere in the region today: it depends on which vetted workers live nearby, and it grows as local workers join. The NSW pages linked below carry the roles we expect to open first.
