Do I need cleaning experience to start?
Not for most office shifts. Onboarding covers what the role involves, and offices tend to be a good first cleaning job because the tasks are consistent night to night. What time do office cleaning shifts run?

Do I need my own equipment?
No. Equipment and chemicals are supplied at the site. You will need closed-in non-slip shoes, and any site-specific requirement is listed on the shift before you accept it.
