Retail Assistant jobs in Adelaide: MyGig isn't live here yet.

Adelaide retail centres on Rundle Mall and the big suburban anchors at Marion, Tea Tree Plaza and West Lakes, with the Central Market trade running its own weekly rhythm. Floor and service rosters lift for Mad March, school holidays and the Christmas quarter, and casual hours carry most of that swing.

Retail assistant shifts run seven days with real weekend penalty rates, and every centre in the country has floors that need covering. No formal tickets are typically required to start; vetting covers identity, references and role skills.

We don't offer shifts in Adelaide yet, and this page won't pretend otherwise. South Australia is on our roadmap, and no launch date has been announced yet. Today MyGig operates as the authorised Employer of Record in NSW, WA, TAS and NT. The award facts below apply nationally, so you can see what retail assistant work pays while you wait, and register your interest so you hear the moment Adelaide opens.
