Configuration: Storage Services and Wholesale Award 2020 (MA000084), Storeworker grade 1 - on commencement (casual), $33.85/hr as at 1 July 2026, adult rates. Includes super (12% on OTE), workers comp (2.5%, indicative), and NSW payroll tax (5.45%, Revenue NSW). Public holidays detected from the NSW + national calendar the MyGig app uses. Shifts crossing midnight price the after-midnight hours at the next day’s rates. Ordinary hours are capped at ~12h per shift, then overtime applies (Monday-Friday day-worker stream). Saturday 1.4x (ordinary hours by agreement), Sunday 1.8x, public holiday 2.2x the casual rate. Overtime beyond ordinary hours: first 2 hours 1.4x, then 1.8x. Shift loadings priced in the app.
