Time and attendance,
already done.
Time and attendance on MyGig is not another subscription - it’s a built-in stage of every shift. Workers clock in and out in the app, hours are verified against the booking, and approved time flows straight into award-correct payroll that runs daily.
The usual casual-workforce stack is a rostering tool, a T&A tool, a payroll system, and a human gluing them together every fortnight. MyGig collapses the stack: one flow from posted shift to verified hours to next-day pay, with the Modern Award clause cited on every line. No timesheet chasing, no re-keying, no gap for errors to hide in.
From clock-in to paid, without you
Automatic timesheets
Every booking creates its own timesheet. Clock-in and clock-out adjust it; you only ever review exceptions, not every entry.
Verified hours
Hours are checked against the rostered shift, so the invoice you get for a day of shifts reflects what was actually worked.
Award-priced instantly
The moment a shift ends, the engine prices it against the correct award - loading, penalties, overtime - with the clause cited.
Feeds daily payroll
Approved time triggers next-day worker pay and 12% super. See daily payroll for the full run.
See where time capture sits in the platform on the platform page, and what verified hours cost per shift with the Shift Cost Calculator.
Time & attendance questions
Is MyGig a time and attendance system?
Time and attendance is built into MyGig rather than sold separately: workers clock in and out of every shift in the app, hours are verified against the roster, and approved time flows straight into award-correct daily payroll. If you want standalone time-tracking software for staff you employ yourself, a dedicated T&A product is the better fit.
How do workers clock in and out?
In the MyGig app at the shift location. The timesheet is created automatically from the booking, adjusted by actual clock-in and clock-out, and flagged for review only when something differs from the plan - no paper timesheets and no end-of-week chasing.
How does time capture connect to pay?
Directly - that is the point. The moment a shift ends, verified hours are priced against the correct Modern Award with the clause cited (base rate, casual loading, penalties, overtime), the worker is paid the next day, and your invoice for that day of shifts reflects exactly the hours worked.
What does it cost?
Nothing separate. Time and attendance, rostering, payroll, and compliance are all inside MyGig’s one flat 15% service fee on wages and on-costs - there is no per-user software subscription.
