A casual workforce you can scale by the shift.
Rosters move; permanent headcount doesn't. MyGig gives you a casual workforce that flexes with demand: post shifts in 60 seconds, fill them from a vetted pool, and keep your best regulars coming back through Pools - without carrying quiet-week overheads.
MyGig is the Employer of Record, so payroll, PAYG, 12% super, workers comp, and award interpretation are handled end to end - penalties and loadings calculated per shift with the clause cited. You pay wages plus on-costs and one flat 15% service fee, quoted before you book.
Founding client offer: the 15% fee on your first shift is credited back in full. See the offer →
MyGig runs an on-demand casual workforce with its deepest pools in NSW - Sydney warehousing, retail, events, and hospitality - operating as an authorised Employer of Record in NSW, WA, TAS and NT, with further states in progress.
Good questions, straight answers.
How is this different from a labour hire agency?
Same employment protections, none of the opacity. Agencies quote an all-in hourly rate with a hidden margin (typically 20%+); MyGig shows wages, on-costs, and a flat 15% fee separately, before you confirm the booking.
Which locations can you cover?
Our pools are deepest across Sydney and NSW, and we operate as an authorised Employer of Record in NSW, WA, TAS and NT with more states in progress. Coverage grows suburb by suburb - check your postcode in the app or ask us.
How do you keep casual engagements compliant?
Workers are MyGig employees: contracts, right-to-work checks, award classification, penalties, super, and workers comp all sit with us. Every payslip cites the award clause behind the rate.
Can we keep the same workers shift after shift?
Yes - rate the workers you like and add them to your Pool. Pooled workers see your shifts first, so regulars become the default, not a lucky draw.
