Contingent workforce management, with the cost visible.

Most contingent workforce problems are visibility problems. Different sites use different agencies at different margins, hours arrive as paper timesheets a week late, and nobody can answer what an hour of casual labour actually costs the business without a spreadsheet exercise. The compliance exposure is the same shape: you cannot evidence that every worker was paid correctly if you never saw the rate.

MyGig closes that by making the platform the record. Shifts are posted per site, workers clock in and out in the app against the roster, and every approved hour is priced by our award engine with the clause cited. One flat 15% service fee applies to every site and every role, so the cost comparison between locations is a real comparison rather than an artefact of who negotiated harder. Because MyGig is the Employer of Record, the employment obligations sit with us across the whole program rather than being split across several suppliers.

Operating credentials
MyGig in Australia

Multi-site operators run MyGig across the states where we are the authorised Employer of Record: NSW, WA, TAS and NT. Sites in Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and the ACT are not covered yet, so we will say plainly which of your locations we can take before you plan a rollout.

Common questions

Good questions, straight answers.

Do you replace a VMS or MSP?

For casual and shift-based labour, MyGig covers the same ground: requisition, fill, time capture, rate compliance and consolidated invoicing, without a separate vendor management layer. For a program that also spans professional contractors and statement-of-work engagements, MyGig sits alongside your existing arrangements and covers the casual portion.

Can I see cost across multiple sites?

Yes. Shifts are posted per site and each one carries its own estimate and actuals, so you can compare labour cost per site, per role and per period without waiting for agency invoices to be reconciled. Everything settles on one account.

How do you control rate compliance?

Rates are not entered by a person. Our award engine prices each hour against the applicable Modern Award, applying the casual loading, penalties and overtime for that exact date and time, and records the clause it relied on. That record is what you show if a rate is ever questioned.

What about workers we already employ casually?

They can move across to MyGig as Employer of Record and keep working the same shifts with the same people. That is a workforce transfer rather than a booking, so we work through it with you case by case, including what moves and what stays with you, before anything changes for the workers.
